  • Rehabilitation: In-patient and out-patient 
  • Open to value add/ opportunistic investments for institutional capital partners across other product types in high quality real estate markets.

  • 5+ years; NNN preferred location

  • S&P rating of AAA to B or implied equivalent (health system, large physician group, or private equity backed)
